Heidi Drøscher is educated in a pharmacy and has worked in the pharmaceutical business since 1988. Over the years she has hold positions and gained experience within sales and marketing, clinical research and business management.
In 1999 she decided to start as a freelance CRM/CRA and established the contract research organisation Axion Scandinavia.
Since 2006, Heidi has concurrently been working as a business consultant and mentorcoach for individuals and selected companies. She is a certified Life & Business Coach and holds a Neurostrategy certification from SRI Performance Training, USA.
Heidi’s strengths lie in her enthusiasm, high energy, straightforward communication and sincere interest in people’s success. She has a positive outlook on life and her focus is directed towards lasting solutions. Due to her flexibility and international experience she is capable of working within different environments.
In her free time Heidi work as an instructor at youth camps. |
